Why does my elbow breadth point to a medium frame, but my wrists indicate a small frame?

My elbow breadth measures to 2 1/2 inches, and my wrist circumference is 5 inches. I am 5′ 7.5″ tall.

People have said that the elbow method is more accurate, but only because there is less fat in that area that can skew your results like your wrists can. Right now I’m stumped. I’m not sure which one is the correct one seeing as my wrists are pointing to a smaller frame, not larger.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
